The Thames Diamond Jubilee River Pageant (FULL) - Sunday 3 Jun 2012
£49 (per person) A wonderful celebration for HM The Queen's Diamond Jubilee. This will be one of the largest public events ever to be held in London. Approximately 1000 vessels will take part in this colourful flotilla along a route of some seven miles from Putney to Tower Bridge.
Precise details for our day cannot be confirmed at the present time, but the website will be updated as the event details become available. We are planning to have lots of topical treats for this day of celebration and additional food on board the coach. If you have difficulty with mobility, do please call Janet on 01908 676742.

Houses of Parliament & The Household Cavalry Museum - Saturday 9 Jun 2012
£82 (per person) A wonderful opportunity to visit the political centre of the United Kingdom, where elected politicians set the UK’s laws and legislation. The Palace of Westminster contains both the House of Commons and the House of Lords and is a Grade I listed building which forms part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Your tour will be led by a specially qualified Blue Badge Guide and will be followed by a traditional pub lunch. After lunch we visit the Household Cavalry Museum for a guided tour and an opportunity to see some dazzling memorabilia, the troopers at work and their Daily Inspection ceremony.

The Hand and Flowers pub, located in the beautiful Georgian town of Marlow, serves award winning food in warm and welcoming surroundings. This is the only pub in the UK with two Michelin stars, and they will be serving lunch for us, following our tour of Dorney Court, a delightful medieval Village Manor House near Windsor.

£97 (per person) (NT Members - £88.50) We have managed to book another date to visit this beautiful garden - in the summer when the roses are in full bloom, the sweet peas are at their best, fruits can be seen, thyme is flowering and the wild flower meadow is buzzing with bees.
Lunch at Highgrove is included before we travel on to Hidcote Manor Garden - one of England's great Arts and Crafts gardens. Hidcote is famous for its rare trees and shrubs, outstanding herbaceous borders and unusual plants from all over the world.

Holland will once again play host to Floriade, the unique and unmissable World Horticulture Expo held every 10 years. Enjoy a four day, three night break in the 4* Golden Tulip Hotel Central in s'Hertogenbosch on a half board basis. The holiday includes your day at Floriade in Venlo, an excursion to Amsterdam where we can enjoy a 1.5 hours canal cruise with refreshments and snacks. An excursion to Bruges is also included on the final day. All entry fees are included.
Our journey will be by luxury touring coach with Le Shuttle crossing from Folkestone to Calais. A three course dinner (with choice) + tea and coffee will be served each evening in the hotel. For those requiring a single room a single supplement of £45 per person for the holiday is payable. Holiday insurance at £30 per person can be arranged, if required.
